This thermosealer is versatile and ready to work in the following ways:
1) Sealing only: Works with plastic, aluminum or coupled cardboard trays.
2) Vacuum OR vacuum + Gas: Works with plastic or barrier polystyrene trays.
3) SKIN system: Creates a skin effect* inside a preformed tray, with the film perfectly following the shape of the packaged product.

Our Tray Sealer, MAP Tray Sealer And Skin pack Tray Sealer are all semi-automatic tray sealers. The purpose of this type of packaging is the preservation and protection of any kind of food, fresh or cooked, in preformed trays. Our extensive range of semi-automatic heat-sealing tray sealers offer outputs of up to 24 packs per minute depending on the size of the trays and numbers of trays per cycle. The semi-automatic tray-sealers are capable of either sealing only, with modified atmosphere packaging ( MAP, Vacuum and gas) or the machine can also produce skin packaging which is one of the newest forms of tray packaging.

All of our Semi-Automatic Tray Sealers are manufactured in China using 304L and 316 stainless steel and anodized aluminum for the die set and vacuum chambers. Changing the die sets is fast and easy and can be accomplished in less than 15 minutes.

An automatic film advance as well as an automatic rewinding of scrap film is provided on the Tray Sealer. A user-friendly electronic control panel manages heating, sealing, vacuum, gas-flush, and skin packaging functions.
