Description
DL-410KA automatic map tray sealing machine (vacuum seal machine) is a special type of tray food sealer.
The basic principle of the packing is isolating the food from the ambient air with high barrier materials (plastic pallet and sealing film), and filling gas mixture into the pallet to maintain the original flavor and appearance of the food for a long time, then suppress growing of bacteria and microbe to the fullest extent possible.
Application of Automatic Map Tray Sealing Machine
DL-410KA vacuum seal machine can be used for fresh-keeping packing of different types of fresh and cooked food.
The type and mixing proportion of fresh keeping gas are different for different types according to the food’s characteristics. So the tray food sealer needs to adapt to adjusting different gases and gas proportion.

6. Structure Material: Regarding to the main structure material, vacuum seal machine adopts 304 Stainless Steel, which is safe and easy to clean.
7. Easily replaceable of sealing mould: Different size of the trays is available according to different requirement.

Germany WITT gas analyzer is used for testing the gas within the food packing period to ensure vacuum seal machine reaching the specified precision.
